Daily Standups are a cornerstone of Agile practices, driving alignment, accountability, and collaboration within teams. Here’s a guide to running productive Standups:

Key Guidelines for Standups:
1️⃣ Facilitation:
The Scrum Master leads, ensuring focus and time management (15 minutes max).
A rotation of facilitators can help grow team members' skills and awareness.
2️⃣ Attendance:
Full team participation, including the APO and TPO, is critical.
Punctuality and presence (in person if possible) demonstrate respect and commitment.
3️⃣ Update Structure:
What was accomplished yesterday?
What will be worked on today?
What blockers or impediments exist?
4️⃣ Engagement:
Team members should be attentive and avoid multitasking (no emails or other distractions).
Discussions should be concise, with no in-depth "solutioning" during the meeting—schedule follow-ups if necessary.
5️⃣ Collaboration:
Standups provide an opportunity to identify blockers, share progress, and assist teammates.
Questions and support should focus on removing obstacles and driving progress.
